The sun is the strongest between the hours of 10a.m. and 4 pm. ?

Apply sunscreen 20-30 minutes before you go outside so the chemicals have a chance to start working before you're in the sun .

Surfaces such sand or water reflect up to 85 percent of the sun's rays.

Clouds and pollution may give you a false sense of security, but you can still get a serve burn and skin damage when it's cloudy or hazy.

I learned the one about the cloudy day and sunburn the hard way. I know much better now and I apply sunscreen to everyone before getting in the car to go to the beach or the fun park. Once we get there, they get another covering.
    Thank you for the reminder!
