Recognize the little changes

What a hard week-4, ten hour days in a row at work, studying as much as I can for this exam, getting my workouts in, dealing with my dads death anniversary, on top of the wonderful things life throws at you (yes that was sarcasm). I just need to make it through class tonight then it will be a true day off.
I thought I would have at least dropped 1 pound. I got a new workout routine that's amazing, been more active, and stuck to the sparkdiet preeetty well. I have only been back in FULL swing for only a week so I had no expectations when I weighed myself.
Well i'm at the same weight, but I lost 3 inches! It's hard with a knee injury because I am limited with lots of hardcore workouts. Just like after my surgery I keep telling myself at least I'm not gaining weight. I'll take 3 inches! It's not massive pounds lost, but it's a new week and my body is already starting to change.
I WILL DO IT! YOU CAN DO IT TOO! Let's use the powers of our minds to make our goals a success!
