Since my July 20th A-HA MOMENT (See my Snap blog for more info) I've been working hard to change my attitude and life.
So..where's the weight loss?
I've logged *most* days, and been under or close to my calories. I've worked out. I even had an out of town trip- my nemesis- and managed to not gain.
But not lose.
It's starting to get old. My cardio is on track. I'm gonna have to add in some strength and really really really consider sticking to 1500 calories rather than the 1500-1900 SP says. I'm due for some serious weight loss here. But the scale hasn't budged in two weeks.
Oh..and water. I need to drink more water.
