Crises Averted

After yesterday's blog and subsequent talking-myself-off-the-ledge, I lost .2 of a pound. Ok, I know it's not much, but I think it shows that if I consistently exercise and eat right I CAN lose weight.

I was starting to feel like a freak of physics..where I couldn't lose because of my PCOS even though I was eating less calories than I was expending.

It's only .2 of a pound, but it's a beacon of hope to me.

    I so hear you!!! I lost .4 and was ecstatic. I have been exercising regularly and drinking at least 6 glasses of water a day...thinking...Hey, I bet I will see something! Week 1..nothing, Week 2...nothing, Week 3...WooHoo..I did it! .4, progress not perfection! Go Girl! You have officially begun!!!
