Bad 2 days

I have not been doing very well these last couple of days. I have gone way over my daily caloric intake and have not been walking or doing my cardio- or my strength training . Ugh...

I want to say that it is because my Sister has been around and she eats a lot and does not exercise, but, really- it is my fault. I need to be more self-disciplined. Oh motivation- where have you been?

I am struggling with finding ways to get/keep motivated.

I would like to lose 9 pounds, but, it is not at all necessary. I am within my weight range for my height and age. I am more concerned with not gaining any weight. I recently quit smoking (July 6th, 2011) and do not want to be a victim of the quitting smoking weight gain.
