Yesterday I decided to get this ""losing weright"" over with---
That ment, to stop fooling around and stick to my guns---

The hardest part, was while driving to town. I reached into the glove compartment, for a candy-
I stopped ----
No, I couldn't eat the silly candy without charting it--and I wanted ""the perfect Spark""day---WITHOUT candies--Last night when I added up the calories, I was way up in the high end of my calorie count-1600
And this A.M., my weight is STILL down one pound--recycled however---
That means, losing, the same pound over and over--
What I really had a problem with yesterday, was drinking water---
To-day, I must stay on way less than 1600 calories---
Right now, a gal ust do what a gal must do----GET MOVING!
