Well I did it. I ran for 4 minutes. Not all at the same time, but I did it. And I'll do it again on Thursday. I ate within my range yesterday and will do my best to do the same today. I need to be mentally in this game and start reaching my goals. I know that being active on the site is going to help and reaching out to other sparkers for motivation/help will be the boost I need to see results.
