On the Way

Tuesday, August 16, 2011

Weighed in at WW today and was happy to see my weight loss is on the way to my goal. I have been very careful to stay on track and it has paid off. Just hope it continues. I have lost 7.2 in three weeks. My goal is to lose 1# per week but will take any extra. I tried counting calories and watching my spark daily goal but as I stated before I need to weigh in and have someone say "good job". I still have to be responsible to myself but different with the personal touch. I really appreciate you gals on sparks that have been so encouraging and adding your personal touch.

We'll all keep moving together whatever it takes.

Congrats on your 7 pounds lost. You are doing great following that program and it looks like its working well for you. I am at a plateau right now shooting to lose at least 2 pounds by the end of August. I kicked up my fitness schedule with more days at the gym and staying within calories range.

You have very realistic goals and should be on your way to meet your goals.
    Have a great week !

Congratulation! I wish I could get motivated, but most days I feel semi-crummy and don't really seem to care.
