Alright, I have tracked for a few days in a row. But I will be camping the next few days, so guess I could write it down, then put in when I get back. Hmmm, is it worth it?

I am realizing how hard the last twenty pounds or so is compared to the first 50 emoticon
Staying motivated, exercising, eating right are all so difficult. But I think I am thinking on this way too hard. I see a complete lifestyle change, which it is. but I should look at this as just for today. I think...for the rest of my life. And that seems way overwhelming.

I also have a really had time with set backs, in other words, if I don't eat perfectly for the day, I feel defeated and want to just quit the whole thing.

But here I go. Today, I can eat reseasonably. I can do a little housework to get in some activity. I can do this. It's just today, right? emoticon
