Making progress

I've been working on my weight for 4 weeks...plus 3 days....and have lost 10 pounds so I am really encouraged. I certainly have had all I need to eat to be satisfied. Makes me wonder what I was eating before and not losing weight. I go to WW every other week to save time and money. I like to workout at the local gym 5 days a week. By going there I know I'll have at least a hour of exercise each day. M,W, F is an easy yoga class but still keeps you moving and stretching. T, Th is an aerobics class using weights, stretch band, small hand ball, plus floor aerobics. I really fell better about myself already.
