Creating a N.E.W. You Challenge

This week was the start of training camp for BLC17. It's been fun meeting new people and getting back in to the swing of things is making me more confident that despite my newest mommy duties, I can still manage to make some "me" time to get myself back on a healthy road. So, for this weekend we have a challenge to "introduce" the new players to a week in the life of the BLC. I think its a great idea but since I already know how it goes it just makes me more anxious to start BLC and see what team I end up on! Here's the weekend challenge:

N.E.W. Challenge

N~Nutrition Know your Calorie Range and Stay within it, include 5 Freggies/Day.

E~Exercise Get up and MOVE! Exercise a Minimum of 20 minutes per day

W~Wellness JOURNAL~BLOG~LOG If you Bite it Write it...if you Nibble it Scribble it. At the end of the day sit down and have a talk with yourself...What did you Accomplish Today... Give yourself a Grade and Try to Beat that Tomorrow!

Each letter is worth 5 points (all or nothing). Total possible is 60 points.
