Re-Sparking it, need the help.

Coming back to Spark to help me reach the rest of my goals. I've been a Spark member for years, active off & on, I need to stay active and not get sidetracked. Joining some challenges and being active will hopefully give my that extra edge I need.
The weight is slowly creeping back on from my 'big' weight loss last year, and I want to lose more not gain. So I am searching inside myself to find out why and work on changing my bad habits. My biggest challenge is mindless eating, or feeling like I have to eat, it's like I can't just sit and read or watch TV without having something to eat. Not sure why, but this is definitely a issue. So I've got my notebooks and self help books back out so I can assess and correct, if I don't make progress on my own I'm considering seeing a counselor.
I've joined my first challenge, tracking my miles walked, ran, or biked through the end of the year. The exercise part I can do, I'm afraid to join a nutrition challenge as that is my weakness.
