three simple goals

Just like the Spark says: keep it simple and easier than you think you can do, then build from there.
1) Don't eat anything when I come home from work. Just by-pass the fridge and go upstairs to go to sleep.
a--4) Brush my teeth at work before I go home-- that way I'll be less tempted to want to eat when I walk in the door.
2) Drink at least 3 water bottles/day
3) track the food and stay between 1600-1800 cals/day, just like the trainer said to do.
spend 5 minutes/day just laying down in a simple yoga pose and breathe.
Eat at the table sitting down.
think of rewards for making the above into streaks.
