Back to Work Tomorrow!

Well, my summer is officially over, and I'm off to work in the morning. My alarm is set for an early enough time that I will be able to work out for 20-30 minutes before I shower and go. My lunch is packed in a cute new insulated lunch bag with a delicious, diet friendly lunch and snacks. I know I have to make it a priority to plan ahead and pack my lunches and snacks for the day so that i don't fall back into bad habits. I am feeling very determined and optimistic about my continued success and am visualizing myself getting thinner and thinner throughout the school year, packing my lunches each evening, making sure I get enough sleep at night, and working out most mornings. Life is better this way, and doing these things will relieve stress and enable me to better handle the stresses that are inevitable. I have been working out with more intensity and for longer durations recently, and really want to find a way to continue to do so. I'm on a great roll and want to keep it going!
