Our new challenge

As of September our team has a new challenge of trying to get a few extra points together. I don't know how you feel, but personally I love challenges. Maybe this is one of the reasons I became a truck driver and I am proud of it.
I am challenging myself to beat my monthly points this month. Especially in my fitness training I am planing at least 5 minutes longer in walking, strength training and endurance every time. I know I can do it!

    I'm trying to figure out how to make use of anything here that is offered, but it doesn't seem to work out, because I may get to come and I may not, I'm back at the house and have been for a few day this is why I have been able to come everyday. I need to work this out. But I have challenged myself this month to do better with the spark points, and to loose at least 5 lbs. So let's see what happens.

    Oh for sure you can do it. I struggle with trying to use the fittness tracker,as I'm not sure how to ennter this information correctly. with the exeercises that I actually do, so I have not been keeping up with it. When I figure it out I will or if you can help me with this let me know.
