Ok so i started my turbo fire prep schedule out great!! But than the hubby came home for his week off and i failed to stick with it. And i guess it didnt help that it was our anniversary and my birthday. I know , i know thats no excuse but here i am two weeks of my prep schedule missed.
Ive come to the conclusion my biggest problem is commitment, maybe i shouldnt have jumped right into the turbo fire prep schedule untill i find that i can commit to exercise in general. But im gonna stick with it!!! So on to week 3-4 or the prep schedule as planned plus i think im going to start walking at least 3-5 miles each day.
My new goal is to just stick with this exercise program, NOT to lose weight!! And when hubby comes home again im gonna Stick with it.
