Commitment Issues

Ok so i started my turbo fire prep schedule out great!! But than the hubby came home for his week off and i failed to stick with it. And i guess it didnt help that it was our anniversary and my birthday. I know , i know thats no excuse but here i am two weeks of my prep schedule missed.

Ive come to the conclusion my biggest problem is commitment, maybe i shouldnt have jumped right into the turbo fire prep schedule untill i find that i can commit to exercise in general. But im gonna stick with it!!! So on to week 3-4 or the prep schedule as planned plus i think im going to start walking at least 3-5 miles each day.

My new goal is to just stick with this exercise program, NOT to lose weight!! And when hubby comes home again im gonna Stick with it. emoticon

    I've been trying to get my hubby to go walking with me and that's a no go. I find myself eating alot of fast food when he is home, but i think this next time im gonna plan my meals out for the week he is here and also do some walking before our harsh winter hits here.

    And thanks jessica you are so right its better than doing a whole lot of nothing which i have unfortunately mad a habbit of.

    Doing anything imperfectly is better than doing nothing perfectly!!! I'm doing the prep schedule right now too...and I don't make every night like I'm supposed to either...I don't know anyone who does! You've got to focus on the fact that you do it at all, that life will intervene and you will miss sometimes, and again, that little something imperfectly is getting you more places than doing nothing!!

    I like your goal of sticking with exercising. That is also my goal; I think exercise has to become somewhat of a routine, which is hard to do!! Could your hubby walk with you?! I think that makes it easier.
