food tracker

Last week or so I was very frustrated with the new food tracker, it did not seem to work for me. I still track my food everyday every meal and snack.....I try to plan each meal so I can add my favorites in moderation and also it helps me to not have cravings or thoughts about goodies that I want to eat..it's built in my daily food plan....
So much to my surprise and delight yesterday, when giving the new tracker another try, it worked, lo and behold it worked the way it is suppose to work....It is a marvelous tool when it works right and a real time saver.... I took advantage of it working correctly and added as many things for the week as I could...

I have said this before, well many times, people ask me all the time how do I keep my motivation and how do I keep doing this day after day.....it's mostly from planning, motivation does drop, when the scale doesn't read what we want or other problems get in the way....I can always rely on my plan...planning meals, having healthy choices right at hand....planning my exercise.....I am a rules person and when things get tough I just remember the rules, eat healthy and exercise....not always perfect but you won't go wrong if you follow those two things...

I was happy with myself this morning to have gotten through the summer adventure in my weight range, I am at the top of the range 145 , so that means getting a better handle on food, but that should be easy, no more fair food, no more BBQ foods at least for a while, no more concert food, no more party food , from here to thanksgiving I can get back to the bottom of my weight loss goals...140. I start today, right this minute......
