I'm a Pixie again!

Today is the start of BLC 17! I am so glad to be *home* again with my pixie family in the forest. I sure did miss those cappy's and all the inspiring ladies on that team. There are a LOT of new people I have the pleasure of getting to know too. Looking forward to it!
So, unfortunately, I feel like I am starting from ground zero. Ugh. As much as I had high hopes for healthy living during my pregnancy, a lot of my habits went wayward. BUT, today is a new day/month/year so there is no looking back only forward.
Here are the my goals for this round:
1. Water water water! Even though I need a lot of fluids for nursing, not all have come from straight water. So, I am making it a point to get 8 - 10 cups of water with NOTHING added except lemon/lime/cucumber/mint. Basically crystal light or nothing else of the sort counts. Straight water with a little flavoring.
2. No more than one soda per day. I have started the ugly habit of drinking soda again. So, I am going to ween myself off starting with only 1 per day, then maybe every other day until I can get back to occassionally/rarely.
3. Need to get cardio in 3x per week. I'd love to make it 5x a week but that may be over extending myself at this point and then I will feel like I never meet my weekly goal.
4. More freggies. I am going to concentrate on getting at LEAST 5 freggies a day.
5.At least 1 ST session per week.
I am not going to concentrate on how many pounds lost for this challenge because I do not want to loose much right off the bat. My weight loss has to be slow since I am nursing. I've had low milk supply from the beginning and don't want to lower it anymore by losing too much weight. As it is I think this counting calories thing is going to be tricky and it will be difficult to find a good range for both weightloss and nursing.
My main focus for this BLC round is getting back in to good habits.
