To see the scale move at all - i have to do hardcore excerise. I am trying to balance things out. Because midterms are coming up and I am so very tired and worn out. I didn't excerise today. And i ate a bunch of hotwings. I think the stress of things kinda got to me.
I reached my first goal for this month. Somehow. I am happy. But i know i am falling behind if i want to reach my next goal. Which i set kinda high... during midterm period. (i did think of these things when i set my goal) hmmm. I still want to reach my goal. I just need to learn how to not kill myself.
I think i need to do some research and figure out if IR has alot of effect on how quickly a person loses weight.
