DAY 1 - SHRED

So....I decided I wanted to get a jumpstart on my cardio today. As my boyfriend was hogging the tv watching football, I wanted to go for a walk. I went for a 3.4 mile walk. It was VERY windy by the lake, but lots of walkers out! Got to listen to my favorite playlist, which helps!
When I got back, I had some great endorphins flowing, and decided to not push off the 30-day shred anymore! I popped in the DVD and completed Day 1 of the Shred. I felt great afterward. Had a little trouble with the jumping jacks, but I pushed as much as I could.
Looking forward to walking tomorrow.
