Not cheating just balancing

I'm at the point in my journey where I'm feeling pretty good, and making progress. I've finally gotten to the point where I don't have to totally force myself to exercise and eat right. Speaking of eating...when I don't deprive myself of my favorite foods (pizza, m&ms w/peanuts, homemade mac & cheese...just to name a few), I feel so much better emoticon. I try to include them no more than 1-2 time weekly, and not over indulge. It's gives me a sense of balance, and doesn't make me feel guilty.

My mind and spirit are in full throttle mode, and I truly thank God for covering me through out this life-long journey.

    You're living proof of the advice I always give to people. Make an effort to watch what you eat, but never completely deprive yourself of what I call guilty pleasures. A little taste of something is better than nothing at all. I have mastered that. I've become quite good at taking a tiny bit of something and saving it for another day, sharing it with someone, or just discarding the remainder. Planning for it 1-2 times a week is a brilliant strategy.
