Strengths this week: recognizing my limitations :) I have had no "wall" days with fitness this week!
Weakness: Eating...again. I'm falling back into the old habit of no breakfast, and I don't want to go backwards!! I'm still using the tracker and still focusing on nutrition, but I'm afraid that if I get too loosey goosey about it, I'm going to backslide all the way back to my old eating habits!

Goals for the coming week: Keep freggie consumption up, but try to focus a little more on the veggie part of "freggie". :)

    Great job with the strengths & weaknesses - Like the no "wall" days!! I need to work on IDing those (I see a lot of weaknesses...need to ID those strengths!)

    Breakfast : ) yumm....I pretty much role outta bed and have to eat - prob. NOT a good thing. I do start w/an apple that I eat on the way to morning fitness class, then make Bfast when I get home. (usu. Egg Beaters w/mush/ a little low fat sliced ham/ 1/4 c. of shredded skim motz. cheese/ 1/2 c spinach (nuked) & 2 slices of dry WW toast)

    What is it about breakfast?! It's the easiest meal for me to skip too, but I make myself eat in the morning. Great goal for next week!

    Being aware is more than half the battle. I know you can do it. You'll do better with your veggies because you are the sort that having made a goal will see it through.
    AND your strengths...................What a great strength....knowing your limitations. That's such an important bit of knowledge. Excellent.

    I love breakfast. Healthy breakfast is a bit trickier, but breakfast in general is awesome!

    I didn't like breakfast much before but I am getting better at it now. I still eat a small breakfast though.

    Breakfasts are my issue too! If there is a meal I will skip, its breakfast! You can do it!! Have a great week!
