losing at least 5% of my weight

So over the next 8=10 weeks; I will be working on losing at least 5% of my weight; which is a mere 10-11 pounds. I can see no reason for this to be too tough. that is only a little over a pound a week. This is very doable.
exercise: gym 3-4 times a week. which will include st training 2-3 times and cardio on the treadmill or bike also. And I will continue walking outdoors as much as possible (weather permiting). I am also checking into yoga classes.
Food plan: Journal and journal and Journal my food. watch my portions, limit the sweets (my biggest challenge) eat more veggies, drink water and tea. To be very aware of what I am eating. also eating healthier snacks; especially at work.
motivation: visit my spark teams regularly and daily do motivational reading; also to attend my tops meeting regularly.
