WooHoo week 2 with a big weight loss!!..I just gotta share... that is 5 1/2 pounds in 2 weeks down baby..come on!!..what the hell...I am almost scared to say it out loud like it isn't real or something..I have never had two weeks like this and even rarely one!!...the weird thing is I haven't been exercising..I have been sick and visited by my little friend (TOM)
What I have been doing right:
tracking daily..staying in my calorie range..some days lower
filling up on water
1 TBL spoon of apple cider vinegar each day
no carbs for dinner the night before each weigh in
I have just added the water drinking,vinegar and no carbs to my routine
I will start exercising again when I have shaken this cold!..just happy and wanted to share what apparently has been working for me..lol
