Planning on keeping a weight lose diary
3/2/07 285 pounds.
3/11/07 I really have been staying on track. My pants and skirt are getting loser. I have been having more energy. Have not have heart burn since I went on the diet. Eating a lot of vegetables and protein. Still need to drink more water.
3/19/07 weighed myself today and lost 5 more pounds. I have not cheated once so I'm really proud of myself. I'm trying to eat more vegtables every chance I get. Been having trouble sleeping and I know you have to sleep for your body to breck down fat. My clothes continue to be lose but have not gone into a new pant size yet 24. The other day I was getting up from the couch and I started to feel so much pressure on my knee. The weight is really making me feel old. The forum has really been encoraging for me especially when I'm feeling depressed it helps me continue on.
11/30/08 I have not been on SP for a while now. My husband and I started exercising at the gym 5 days a week for an hour at a time. We alternate between cardio and weight machines. I have not lost any weight for a while so I'm getting pretty discouraged especially since I have been exercising so much. Started Atkins today trying to get weight lose started again. Planning on being on for 2 weeks and see what happens. My husband is also measuring me and I have lost some inches so I guess something is happening.

Friday - Sunday
Need to drink more water. We are also doing a colon cleanse so we will see how that works out.
