Bad Day

Today was a bad day. I just didn't feel like doing anything. All I did was eat and rest. I finally talked myself into walking for 15 min. around 9:30 pm. Now I'll probably be up all night. I hope I get out of this funk. I know if I start exercising I'll feel better but I just too tired. My new bed came today so maybe I'll get a good night sleep and feel better in the morning.

    I HOPE YOUR BED HELPS. I HAVE BEEN IN THOSE FUNKS AND IT ISN'T A FUN PLACE TO LIVE SO I THINK YOU SHOULD MOVE OUT OF FUNKVILLE AND INTO HAPPYLAND.

    I am desperate for a new bed. A good nights sleep with no back pain sure does make it easier to work out. Hope your new bed gives you a boost.

    Hope that new bed will give you sweet dreams and you'll wake up ready to take on the day. I've found that, sometimes when I don't feel like exercising, if I start then I'll push myself to do just a little bit more until, before I know it, I've gotten in a good workout. It's true that working out does release endorphins so we do feel better. Hope you'll feel up to doing a bit more tomorrow.

    HEY YOUR NOT ALONE. I HAVE TO MAKE MYSELF EXERCISE. HAVEN'T STARTED THAT PART OF THE HEALTH PROGRAM YET. TRY NOT TO BEAT YOURSELF UP SO BAD. AT LEAST YOU WALKED FOR 15 MIN. BEATS A BLANK, RIGHT?
