The weight has dropped another half a pound-
I am happy ---
You see, about 100 years ago, my weight was under 200 pounds---
Then summer came--I gained 11 pounds---but--I stayed on Spark---
A month ago, I decided , mainly because of sore knees, that I HAD to lose that weight again--
WEll, slowly, with ""mind over matter"", the scales have been going down-
I call it recycled weight--weight I've lost before--
To-day the scales say 203.5-(I was up to 217 pounds)--
So---Sparklers kept me here--- and I am happy to see the weight SLOWLY coming off--plus my knees are NOT sore anymore.
The radio this morning tells of an economy which seems to be getting worse.
I will not worry about stuff I cannot change--
I will remain focused on drinking my water---exercising--that means--keep moving--
--keep happy----try not to ""grouch""-----eat my little ol' sandwich at noon---keep vegetables in the forefront of my meals. Have any of you tried to eat 5-7 fresh vegetables in a day??--That is a lot of veggies!
Right now, the dreadmill is waiting ----Coach Coal is beside me here (the GSDOG)-waiting to accompany me-
Husband has my ""fabulous breakfast drink ready----
Let the day begin Sparklers--- We CAN do this!
Positive thoughts--forget the DIM SUM----!--Ha Ha
