No Satellite Service yesterday!

Yesterday, at 6am, the internet went down. It didn't return till midnight-(last night!)- When we went to turn on the TV last evening, there were no HD channels.
Apparently the satellite --Canadian satellite--Spudnick (or something)-tipped , knocking 1000's of people off the net----people like me, who depend on a satellite for internet service.--They said the HD channels and the people with a ""surfbeam"" box, were connected to that satellite.
Anyway, it was a bad day ----There is no life without internet anymore--LOL_-
I missed receiving my mail---
I couldn't SPARK online--probably wrecked my continuous stuff on Spark---
Cell phone don't work where we live, but in town I can use my blackberry and did--At least I could ""log in"" to Spark---
It certainly was a strange day! Happy to be up and running to-day--Lynda
