Gobble gobble!

Well, the computer is working---the internet is working-YEAH!!!
Yesterday--no internet--for 18 hours-- was awful!!
But--I did go to ""Wonderful Women Plus 1 Man"" last night-lost a half a pound--so down to 203-----slowly creeping down to the 200 mark-
I didn't want to go to the meeting---but------I did-----glad I did now!
So--This is Canadian Thanksgiving-weekend--a holiday weekend--Turkey weekend--
-
It will have to be ""mind over too much turkey"" weekend!
Portions are a problem to me---I read if you cut back slightly on the potatoes and stuffing, you can eat your pumpkin pie--so-------I am already going over that in my mind-

I read somewhere that Willpower is developed gradually, like a muscle, by daily exercise-I like that!
Right now, it's time to hit the Dreadmill-Coach Coal is waiting patiently here --
Close Your Eyes Sparklers and visualize yourself becoming slimmer---

Enjoy your Thanksgiving!! Eat your Turkey, and how about making a lowfat, low sugar Pumpkin Pie?? I am sure that there is a recipe or 2 here on Spark?? However, enjoy your day, it is only one day, and make sure you take a walk after you eat, and it will be WONDERFUL!!! HUGS!! Shannon
