For some reason i couldnt log my food and fitness entries for today so i will put it in the blog today....

Lunch i had a spinach salad with chicken, feta and cucumbers
for dinner, i had italian beef (cooked in my crockpot) and another spinach salad with feta and for my sweet treat i made lemon "pudding" It is low carb--cream cheese, sugar free jello and half and half, using a hand mixer, mix together until "pudding" like.. it is delish and only one net carb...

Fitness today was 30 minutes on the ellipitcal i did core and legs today...

It was a great day, didn't have to go to work until 4 so i go to sleep in which seemed like a good idea this morning but now @ 1 am it isn't looking like one.. and i have to be to work @6:45 emoticon but i will make the most of it.. will put dinner in the crockpot in the morning.. Tomorrows menu is going to be verde chicken.. (just chicken and green salsa in the crockpot) easy and tastes good. I get off work at 4 and will head to the Y after that. I have really been feeling good about myself the last few days.. I have forgoten how much i like to go to the gym and being active. I am so glad that Robert and I have decided to do this.

Well i am going try to get to sleep. I have to be to work in 5 and 1/2 hours..
