Day one

hello blog...

Today was day one of me and my friend Mrstyler1 starting our weight loss program. We walked a little over 1.5 miles, there would've been more running but my german Shepherd wasnt having it. better luck tomorrow. I also kept my 1st food diary which was weird....the calories were higher than i liked but still under 1600..not bad for my 1st day. tomorrow is strength and then workout in the evening. I'm definately going to take advantage of the support thats on here. well thats all for now
