2nd day a little better

today was better. not as hungry, that should be better once we go grocery shopping again...i did 2.83 miles in 57min. i even did the strengthening training today too...last night kinda sucked...i did a little night time eating...more out of habit than hunger. so one more thing to work on. Super glad that i am not doing a single thing tomorrow :)

    wooohooo! Yes, two steps forward, half a step behind ...NEVER a reason to slide the full 2 steps back....

    You go girl ....rooting for you ....you can do it.

    For me personally, restricting any kind of sugar , maybe 2 teaspoons per day (none would be better of course) really controls the cravings and such. I realise now, that everything, like even croutons, salad dressing etc and such have High Fructose Corn Syrup so I avoid them like the plague.

    I indulged too on some pastries today but did a crazy hour on my elliptical. :-)

    Congrats on your walk and strenght training. And if you just keep working on it night time eating will become a thing of the past. emoticon
