My goals & rewards this week

I decided I need a challenge to work towards this week, and I came up with a few goals:

1. Biggest Looser Wii - moderate 20 min workout 3x/week (I have to start somewhere!)
2. Walk a minimum of 3 miles this week
3. Do 2 yoga routines (to combat ever present stress!)
4. Sweep the kitchen of all trigger foods for overeating
5. Only eat at the dining room table with no distraction - be mindful and present when I eat
6. Track food & exercise on sparkpeople (aim to get bonus spin daily)

Bonus goals:

1. Drink 8 glasses of water/day
2. Blog 2 times this week
3. Try one coach Nicole 10 minute workout

Rewards for reaching my goals:

1. Greater focus and enthusiasm for taking control of my eating & exercise habits
2. Increased self worth - because I am taking positive steps to live healthfully
3. Reduced stress levels
4. Better mood
5. Increased energy levels
6. Will be combating family history of heart disease & diabetes
7. Better sleeping habits

Rewards for completing all 3 bonus goals:

A new pair of shoes that I have had my eye on for a little while!
