November Goals

My goals for November are:
1. To lose 4 pounds (234 - 230)
2. To drink 6 - 8 glasses of water a day.
3. To walk 30 min a day 6 days a week
4. To do 25 + lunges 4 days a week
5. To do 25 + crunches 4 days a week
6. To do 25 + wall pushups 4 days a week
7. To sleep 6 - 8 hrs each nite
8. To eat 4 - 5 freggies each day.
9. To take vitamins each day.
