Wednesday....What have I done for me this week?

It's easy to say take care of yourself first, but much harder to actually put it into practice on a daily basis, especially as a single parent. My goal for today is more water and eat less...especially when tired or stressed. I gotta quit using food for comfort and use is for fuel for my body and that's is!
