Mini Challenge

There are 14 days left before Thanksgiving. The mini-challenge:

~Eat under 1400 calories every one of those 14 days

~walk 14 miles in addition to the regular exercise.

~Post a different status each of the 14 days naming something I'm thankful for.

My accountability will be that each day I'll edit this blog, telling how I did and adding an emoticon for each challenge met.



Day 1--November 10:

Under 1400 calories - done
Miles -2

Day 2
under 1400 calories - exceeded - but typical of fridays for me.
Miles -3

Day 3
exceeded calories again. Maybe I can average the calories over the 14 days.
Miles...this is a rest day for me..but I did shop the soles of my feet off.

Thankful for having a night out with DH to do some Santa shopping. Thankful for being able to afford gifts for others.

Thankful for my children..posted.

I am actually on maintenance and the 1400 calories is low for me...so I am not very motivated on that one.



Monday
-did elliptical instead of mileage..but for an hour..
-exceeded calories..but not for maintenance
-post status of what I am thankful for.

    Sherry these ae some GREAT Goals. It's Good to have Mini Goals especially during this time of the year. I need to do the same...especially watching the calorie intake. Workouts are Easy for me to Do. The extra calories is what I'm still working on. Enjoy everything that you put your hands to do. You Are A Blessing to me! Thanks for Your Encouragement!
