Help! bad 3/4 days!

I'm bingeing and I don't know why. I thought I would try avoiding trigger foods for a while,...and it turns out everything is a trigger food.

No more stressed than usual. Less stressed than usual for this time of year, actually. Things are good with DH. Family is happy and healthy. What is going on here?

I am exercising. That is a good thing.

Make me stop, please.

    Unfortunately, I cannot make you stop. But, YOU CAN. It is not about the food...but it is NOT not about the food either.

    REalize your own power - you have the power and the capability to put the food down and walk out of the kitchen. You do.

    The food does not control you. You control the food.

    That food doesn't have a special power over you - you are in control here.

    Get to the bottom of your binge - there's a reason. Whether it's emotion, boredom, habit, anxiety, depression, fear - there's a reason and you have to find it. You can.

    I know this space well and I am so sorry you are there. I think the best you can do is make a plan for tomorrow and honor it. Believe that you are through with this cycle of binging. When you are in it, it feels like there is no way out and I dope that it lifts for you soon. Have you upped your exercise a lot? It's possible you are hungry for more calories, too.
