Day 1 Earn your Body Challenge

Today was day 1 of my Beachbody Earn your Body challenge.
Starting weight : 209.8
Todays workout was P90X Legs & back and Ab ripper X. I absolutely despise this one, probably because of all those pull-ups! I have yet to do an actual pull up without the chair and wonder if I ever will be able to do it! I was one of those kids in gym class that just hung on the bottom of the rope without moving when we had the rope climbing in gym class...couldn't budge. I will be ecstatic if I can do one full pull up by the end of this!
Ab ripperX is definitely getting a little easier but it is still pure torture. Even though I cant stand legs & back I am going to learn to love it because it burns massive amounts of calories, A whopping 709 calories burned for Legs & back and Ab ripper combined!

Food went real well today. My calorie limit is 1500 and I am at 1343 for the day.

I'm starting the photo food diary again, its a great way to stay accountable

Breakfast
Blueberry banana & spinach protein shake 408 calories

Lunch
Giant Romaine lettuce & Veggie salad 208 calories


Snack: Jack links peppered beef jerky 240 calories Not what I had planned on for a snack but it was the healthiest thing I could find at the time. No picture

Dinner: Kale with Sundried tomatoes and brown rice and Chocolate shakeology with almond milk and peppermint extract Yummm! 488 calories


So all in all today has turned out to be a pretty good day. According to the Sparkpeople calorie differential report i am at a calorie deficit of 1356 for the day!

On to day 2 and KenpoX, I LOVE Kenpo X!!
