It's almost Thanksgiving

what are you doing to in sure you have a healthy and Happy Thanksgiving....

I'm going to do what seems to have worked for me in the past....

exercise, eat small meals during the early part of the day, then for the big meal take small amounts of all my favorites and IF I still need more take a few more tablespoons, but usually once I have had a few forkful of my favorites, I'm good..then having 1 small piece of pumpkin pie with a squirt of real whip cream....then do dishes, and go for a nice long walk......there are going to be a lot of people and I will never be missed....lol
