Happy Thanksgiving Eve!
I finally broke though a mini plateau. I felt like I was stuck at 125-128 for months (it was only a month or so...LOL). I have weighed in at 123 for a few days so I can officially say that I have reached my end of November goal weight. There are only 5 weeks until New Years! I can't believe how fast this year pasted!
Goal by New Years: 119
I would love to reach around 119 by New Years and start the new year in my 110s. :)
No one said that life is easy; it has been tough! People seem to try to bring me down... But, I will remain positive and stand up for myself more often.

I deserve to be respected, be treated correctly, feel great about myself, and will not let anyone bring me down. Losing weight/ working out will also help me improve my confidence. I can do it!
