I actually enjoy the nutrition tracker. It is really helping me be more mindful of what I am eating. I kept my calorie goal yesterday but the carbs went over a little. I am not worried to much about it though because I ate 0 junk food yesterday and had no soda yesterday. Today, we were bad for breakfast (hubby and I). We stopped at McDonalds and each got a Egg McMuffin meal. I can not tolerate their hash browns so I never eat those but my hubby does. I am hoping to inspire him a little on the eating. he has a gym membership and doesn't use it as often as I would like him to use it. He has a guest pass but the guest has to go with him and having young kids that can't stay by themselves, makes it a little hard.
I read some reviews last night and watched a video called "Walk the Pounds off at home". I am seriously thinking about getting this just to have a routine to do in the winter. I am also thinking about setting a family goal of walking a mile everynight after dinner. To walk to the kids' school and back is just over a mile.
I am approaching 40 quickly, I need to do something now before it is too late for me. I just pray I can stay motivated....
