I chose a healthy lunch that I really enjoyed ~ being happy with the choices is key to making this month's healthy decisions successful. My choices need to be ones that I truly like, not just something I am doing on a temporary basis. When I choose something because it's the right thing to do, inside I'm annoyed and mad that I couldn't have what I wanted.
I loved my sandwich of multigrain bread, tomatoes, dijonnaise and thin sliced deli turkey. Instead of Pepsi I had lemon-lime seltzer that I love just the same.
