OK, for some reason I'm feeling a little lost when I think about the next several weeks and weight loss/healthiness. So, here are some things I'm going to try to work on:
Challenging things (I wanted to write stinky, but I'm trying to be upbeat)
Words cannot express how I feel about tracking. But, for the next several weeks, I am going to track as much as I possibly can (even if it's just writing stuff down in a notebook).
Going for a minimum of 20 minutes a day for as many days as possible (I picked 20, because that's the length of the 30 Day Shred)
Making lunch is a chore I don't particularly enjoy, so I want to work on making more fun and delicious lunch recipes.
OK, those are my upcoming challenges!
