OK, for some reason I'm feeling a little lost when I think about the next several weeks and weight loss/healthiness. So, here are some things I'm going to try to work on:

Challenging things (I wanted to write stinky, but I'm trying to be upbeat)
1. Tracking
Words cannot express how I feel about tracking. But, for the next several weeks, I am going to track as much as I possibly can (even if it's just writing stuff down in a notebook).
2. Water

Fun things:
1. Exercise
Going for a minimum of 20 minutes a day for as many days as possible (I picked 20, because that's the length of the 30 Day Shred)
2. Lunch
Making lunch is a chore I don't particularly enjoy, so I want to work on making more fun and delicious lunch recipes.

OK, those are my upcoming challenges!

    Try doing the opposite of what most of us do. Promise yourself that you will track your "bad food" days. It's a great reality check for those times when you are tempted to wonder why you aren't losing the pounds faster. LOL
