I have recommitted to being careful with tracking and portion control as well as drinking my water. It has paid off this week in that I have finally started to lose weight again. I was stuck at the same weight for about 2 months. I think that I was just tired of the constant vigulence of watching what I ate and tracking. I am proud that I didn't put the weight back on, just didn't lose. I have hopes of being in the next century very soon. I can do this.
