Since I did eat extra goodies over the weekend while celebrating, I wanted to bless my body with some good nutrition. Packed a yummy lunch and some

for snacks.
One night a week we have a vegetarian night and this was the night. I had one bowl of my daughter's delicious SouthWest Salad and later a single Oreo Truffle (size of a choc covered cherry) made by my daughter-in-law.
Good decisions aren't so hard after all...I can't believe I've kept it up for 5 days. Maybe it's time to start some exercise again.
