December Goals

Being an all or nothing type person I almost decided to not state goals since the month had already started. I need to do this so here we go.
1. Drink 8 glasses of water.
2. Exercise 15 min 6 days a week
3. Track my food daily
4. Count my Blessings each day.
5. Encourage someone each day.
I'm keeping it short and doable this month. Have a great month!!!
