Keep it SIMPLE: eating plain(er) fruits, veggies, and meats; getting moving with whatever activity suits you as often as possible.
You know, all you have to do is wear athletic shoes and you are instantly ready to rise up on your toes; or squeeze your belly button to your spine, or inhale deeply and slowly 10 times; or park in the far corner of the lot and WALK some extra steps,,,,
