I really don't feel like writing but I am hungry for Spark points today, lol. Today went over my daily calorie allowance and fat. I don't feel like I am bloated or anything, thanks God I had a very active day, climbing stairs to a fourth floor, to a fifth floor, and to a third floor. I wish I had a pedometer, I did leg extensions as I climbed the stairs in my job. I am empowered and in charge of my body, and believe me exercise is sooooo addictive......
