New study shows better results than daily calorie restriction by eating protein, vegetables, good fats and even a piece of fruit (limiting carbs to 50gr per day) for just two days a week and eating sensibly the other five days:
This sounds like something anyone could manage--I'm going to recommend this to my mother-in-law, who is 80. Similarly, the Dukan diet prescribes one Pure Protein day a week for the rest of one's life, as maintenance to prevent regaining the weight lost.
