New Year's Goals 2012

OK...I have fine tuned my 2012 goals.
-log on to SP daily
-read one article, at least, daily.
-exercise daily (2 days of 'active' rest) unless injured or sick
-maintain weight loss through tracking food
-daily bible study
-try one new recipe a week
-one Random Act of Kindness a week.
-Help others to reach some healthy goals through SP, and the new Bible study I am leading
